Since the success of this article, my overflowing inbox (over 2500 emails and comments) inspired me to want to learn more about ADHD. As most of you know, I wrote the article from a personal perspective not a medical one. I too, have ADHD. The overwhelming response to my article made me realize I can help myself, my loved ones, and all of my readers on a deeper level, so I decided to become an ADHD coach.
After an ADHD diagnosis, medication is usually the next step. That can be helpful, but the problems of the day-to-day struggles of ADHD are still there. That’s where coaching comes in. Coaching is not therapy!
Coaching is about breaking through the brick walls of ADHD to start celebrating your strengths and live a life you will love.
