Hi! I’m June, an Author, Coach and Mom.

I teach people who are stressed out and struggling with the daily challenges of how to deal with difficult people and situations, especially those with ADHD. I am the author of the global viral sensation, “20 Things to Remember if You Love a Person with ADD,” that has over 2.1 Million shares.

I received over 2000 emails and comments from readers who were touched by my words. That inspired me to want to learn more about ADD/ADHD. I have it, and so do family members. It is a struggle in my life every day. I have gotten used to it, and learned how to manage it, but I always have to fight my way through the simplest tasks. My readers inspired me to become an ADHD coach. I graduated from ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy) so that I can help people desperately trying to find a better way to live with their loved ones ADHD, or their own.
I believe that each one of us has hidden strengths (yes, even those nagging traits of ADHD have benefits) that we have to discover. That’s what my writing and coaching is all about. I am passionate about helping people, whether they have ADHD, love someone who has it, or if they are just looking to find a little peace and happiness in their day.
