After my article went viral, I received over 2000 emails and comments from readers who were touched by my words.
I have ADHD and some of my loved ones have it too. Every day is a struggle when you have ADHD. People who don’t have it, don’t understand that. I’m used to it, and I’ve learned how to manage it, but I always have to fight my way through the simplest tasks.
My readers inspired me to become an ADHD coach. I graduated from ADDCA (ADD Coach Academy) so that I can help people desperately trying to understand their loved ones with ADHD.
I believe that each one of us has hidden strengths (yes, even those nagging traits of ADHD have benefits). It’s our job to discover them and work with them, not against them.
That’s what my writing and coaching is all about. I am passionate about helping people, whether they have ADHD, love someone who has it, or if they are just looking for a calmer, happier, more peaceful life.
